To join The Leadership Academy and use the Uniting for Action System you must agree to abide by the Golden Rule as the foundation for us to be able to work together effectively.
By doing unto others as we would do unto ourselves, we’re implicitly seeking fair exchanges of value from each other - in sharp contrast to the current predominant paradigm of everyone trying to get the best bargain or deal, seeking to get the most while giving the least possible.
