Assemble a ready-to-go, experienced team, from the CEO, on down, that can effectively manage all there is to manage.
There's never been a corporation like this, that's building itself as an open source organization at a scale far beyond all existing corporations, as we openly invite share our work, and invite everyone in the world to plug themselves in where they can create the most value for the collective, and for themselves.
At the moment, I'm not sure exactly which firms or people to turn to.
My current view is that business accelerators are the existing entities within our society that have the most experience with helping to assemble executive teams. If you have additional ideas, please share them with me at team@UnitingForAction.com - thanks.
At the moment, until provided with a better option, I think a consortium of business accelerator firms will be able to assemble the strongest Executive Team in the shortest amount of time.
