Within the Business team, you help in managing the organization as a whole.

 

You will be responsible for the onboarding process, finding best practices, gathering required documents, creating policies and establishing guidelines for all our members.

 

While being on the business team it is imperative that you communicate with our cross functional team to ensure that everyone is doing what is expected of them and that UFA is on track for accomplishing our goals.

 

Members will need to attend weekly meetings and show their initiatives in improving UFA and become a model for others.
